This series of chain plate flipping machines is a new generation flipping equipment developed by our company, suitable for organic fertilizers.
The main features of this series of chain plate flipping machines are:

4、 Installation, debugging, and maintenance
(1) Preparation:
After signing the contract and obtaining the customer's consent through negotiation, the company will provide a flowchart.
2. After the advance payment is received, provide the user with the equipment installation foundation diagram.
3. The user builds the foundation according to the foundation diagram, and the cement sets for more than a week.
Before the equipment arrives at the site, the user should clean up the site and ensure that there are three-phase and single-phase power sources that meet the requirements.
5. The user prepares lifting equipment and necessary installation tools.
6. After the equipment arrives at the site, the user should conduct a preliminary acceptance, compare the quantity of equipment and accessories with the shipment order, and check whether the appearance of the equipment has been damaged during lifting and transportation. If you have any questions, please contact our company in a timely manner.
(2) Installation:
During installation, the company's technical personnel will provide guidance, and both parties will cooperate to carry out the installation.
Before installation, first check whether the foundation meets the requirements of the drawings.
2. Check whether the equipment and components are complete and whether there are any damages that may affect their use during lifting and transportation.
3. Install according to the installation technical documents, and in case of any inconsistency, follow the contract.
4. Any delay caused by failure to meet installation requirements on site shall be the responsibility of the customer.
5. The power supply, switches, and wires should be insulated reliably and easily controlled. Do not use fuses or fuses that do not match the rated current of the motor that is matched with the unit. This machine must be equipped with an overload protection device. Check if all connecting bolts are loose.
The installation diagram (installation dimensions) can be found in the foundation diagram and the displacement vehicle foundation diagram.
(3) Debugging:
Check the rotation direction of the empty machine (without load). The motor should rotate in the opposite direction as indicated by the arrow on the label, otherwise it may damage the machine. If the direction of rotation is incorrect, the positions of any two joints of the motor can be exchanged.
(4) Maintenance and upkeep:
1. Check for loose bolts and open welds.
2. Whether the oil level of the reducer and hydraulic tank has reached the standard position, otherwise corresponding lubricating oil or hydraulic oil should be added. And clean and replace according to regulations.
3. Before using the reducer, lubricating oil must be added. The lubricating oil grade is shown in the table, and the oil level height of the lubricating oil should be within the range indicated by the circular oil mark on the machine base. After 500 hours of the first refueling operation, the oil should be replaced with new oil. Afterwards, it should be replaced every six months (May, October) and cleaned thoroughly when changing the oil.
4. Lubricating grease should be added to the bearing every two weeks. The type of grease is shown in the table below, with a filling amount of 1/3 to 1/2.
5. Dust removal should be carried out on the electrical control cabinet every month to avoid control failure and damage to electrical components.
6. Clean the dust from the hydraulic valve and cooling fan,.
7. Replace the remote control battery in a timely manner.

5、 Usage and Operation
Hydraulic part
1. Overview of hydraulic system:
The hydraulic system consists of energy conversion devices, energy regulation devices, and energy transmission devices. Under the control of the electrical system, the hydraulic motor and cylinder are driven to extend and retract to complete various process requirements.
This machine has three process specifications: adjustment, manual, and semi-automatic, which can be selected according to specific process requirements.
a) The speed adjustment is made by valve 12 (clockwise direction is slow, counterclockwise direction is fast).
b) The semi-automatic operation is to press the corresponding button to automatically complete a process action cycle of forward, backward, upward, and downward movement of the stacker.
2. Action description of hydraulic principle:
Refer to the hydraulic schematic diagram for the hydraulic system. Taking the semi-automatic working cycle process as an example, the following explanation will be given:
Firstly, connect the power supply, press the corresponding button to start the electric motor and drive the oil pump to operate. The oil supplied by the pump is returned to the mailbox through electromagnetic flow valve 6, and the system is in an unloaded operation state at this time.
Press the forward button of the stacker, and the electromagnets YV1 and YV2 will be powered on. Press the stop button to stop the stacker.
Press the reverse button of the stacker, and the electromagnets YV1 and YV3 will be powered on. Press the stop button to stop the stacker.
Press the stacker to ascend, energize the electromagnets YV1 and YV4, retract the oil cylinder 13, and stop at the travel switch.
Press the stacker to descend, energize the electromagnets YV1 and YV5, extend the oil cylinder 13, and stop at the travel switch.
The system pressure is adjusted by valve 6.

Electrical control (cabinet) operation and use instructions
1. Operation process of the stacker:
Connect the power supply → Start the hydraulic motor (simultaneously start the cooling motor) → Lower the winch to the appropriate position → Start the main motor → Forward the flipping pile → Forward the flipping pile in place → Stop the main motor → Raise the winch → Backward the flipping pile → Backward the flipping pile in place → Stop

3. Maintenance and upkeep of distribution cabinet equipment:
① Correctly install and use the distribution cabinet. As the distribution cabinet does not have rainproof function, if it is installed outdoors, rainproof measures should be taken for the distribution cabinet.
② Regularly carry out dust removal work on the distribution cabinet to avoid affecting its normal use.
③ After using the distribution cabinet for more than three months, the motor wires should be checked for firmness. If there is any looseness, the screws should be tightened to avoid affecting normal use.
4. Precautions for remote control operation:
① When an emergency situation occurs, please follow these steps to handle it:
② Press the emergency stop (STOP) button;
③ Remove the key (small magnet) from the transmitter;
④ Turn off the main power supply of the distribution equipment and contact an electrician to inspect and repair it;
⑤ If the problem cannot be resolved, please contact the supplier.
5. Troubleshooting of Remote Control Malfunctions:
① When pressing the transmitter button, if the indicator light on the transmitter does not flash, it means that the battery is not installed properly. Please remove the battery and reinstall it according to the positive and negative pole instructions.
② When the receiver fails to operate, please turn off the power of the receiver for more than 20 seconds and then power it back on.
③ When the transmitter's transmission distance becomes shorter or operates intermittently, it may be due to insufficient battery power. Please replace the battery.
The use and operation of the whole machine
1. Before starting up, check for personnel and obstacles around the equipment to ensure that the electronic control buttons are flexible and reliable.
2. The oil level and lubrication of each part are normal.
3. Start the main motor and check if the rotation direction is opposite. If there is a reaction, stop and adjust immediately.
4. Check all bolts for looseness or detachment before starting up.
5. This machine should be started under no-load conditions, and it is strictly prohibited to start with materials to avoid damage.
6. It is strictly prohibited to carry winding materials such as iron wires in the materials to avoid affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
7. If any abnormalities are found during operation, the machine should be stopped for inspection, and after troubleshooting, it should be restarted.
8. Before parking, stop moving forward and it is strictly prohibited to park with materials.
Under normal circumstances, stop the machine according to the program, unless in emergency situations, use emergency stop.
▲ Safety precautions (particularly important)

1. The unit must have grounding and leakage protection devices.
During maintenance, the power must be cut off.
When the machine is running, personnel should not stand in front of the equipment.
4. During equipment operation, operators are not allowed to leave their posts without authorization.
5. Materials are strictly prohibited on this machine.
6. The machine should be installed in a well ventilated and transparent area away from sources of fire.
7. Do not use minors or individuals with health impairments to operate the machine.
